Shoulda Bought a Squirrel

For our Rat Race themed cocktail we took a trendy spin on the Mimosa.

Mimosas

Ingredients:

Fruit juice of your choice, frozen into ice spheres

Proseco, champagne, or sparkling wine

Instructions:

1. Freeze fruit juice of your choice into ice spheres over night. We chose orange and cranberry juice, but pomegranate would work excellent as well.

2. Once spheres have frozen solid remove from ice tray and place in a cocktail glass.

3. Top with your choice of bubbly and enjoy!
