I feel the need...the need for speed!

We've created two original cocktails inspired by Top Gun and Top Gun: Maverick. Named after the original film's beloved duo, Maverick and Goose are bright and flavorful cocktails that feature Aviation American Gin.

Ingredients:

Maverick:

2 oz Aviation American Gin

1/2 oz violet liqueur

1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

1/3 oz lemon juice

lemon peel (garnish)

Maverick Instructions:

1. In a mixing class combine all ingredients and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled.

2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Express oils from lemon peel and drop into glass.

Goose:

2 oz Aviation American Gin

.25 oz mezcal

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz ginger honey syrup (the recipe can be found HERE)

2 dash ginger bitters

Candied ginger (optional garnish)

Goose Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with candied ginger.
